What to expect?

Very simply, here's how I operate

Step 1: Reach out

The first step is simply to get in touch with me. You can reach out to me via email mayamilcent@gmail.com or by WhatsApp and I'll respond to you very promptly.

Step 2: Phone call

Through email or WhatsApp, we can schedule a video call. I'll ask you a few questions to get to know you better (as well as your issue) to ensure that I can assist you.

At the end of this call, you should have a pretty good idea of whether you want to work with me or not, and we can schedule our first session together

Step 3: First session

The first session is an introductory meeting during which we go over any questions you may have and the initial reason that led you to consult with me.

Depending on your needs, we will begin working together to help you feel better quickly. Our initial goal will be to extinguish the inner turmoil and establish techniques or practices to prevent it from reigniting immediately after the session ends.

 Of course, if this doesn't suit you, you can stop at any time, and there is no obligation to continue with me.

 Therapy succeeds when you have found the right therapist for you.

Step 4: Finding a Schedule That Works for You

To achieve genuine results, it will be important for us to meet regularly.

If it works for you, I will reserve 75 minutes for us every week to make progress together initially. After the initial weeks, we may transition to a monthly meeting if I believe you need more time and space to absorb between sessions.

Step 5: Our Work Together

I will guide you to the best of my abilities, but I'm not a magician (although some of my patients jokingly call me the magician ;-)).

 I may not have all the answers, but you can always trust me to help you to the best of my abilities so that together, you can move forward calmly.

The journey has no end, so you won't be able to project yourself towards a specific goal to achieve. However, with each step, you will feel an improvement, followed by a sense of well-being, and eventually, a profound transformation.

Of course, you can end our sessions whenever you wish!
